To have your event listed on our calendar you need to inclide the following information:

• Name of event:
• Organization hosting the event:
• Location (please include exact street address and town):
• Time of event:
• Short description of event (two sentences):
• Cost (if any):
• Where to find more information (web site and or phone number):
• If there is room for this language online we can include it too.
• Event listings for the P&K print calendar must be received by the following deadlines:
  April 5 for the May issue
  May 5 for the June issue
  June 5 for the July issue
